-I could find PCGS graded Sacs. I know about Kelleys and IslandCoins. I wish I could use ebay but I dont really trust it and my dad would probably not allow it anyways. I would like all kinds Satin/non satin or proof. The cheerios Sac will always but a damper on my set though. IslandCoins has the 2001 PR for a really good price, but Kelleys is cheaper in everything else so I am willing to make multiple orders for them. Thanks

I Googled "Sacagawea and PCGS" and got 13,700 hits. Within the First 20 hits, there were a number of dealers where you can buy certified SAC's.

    Here's one: http://www.cameocc.com/webdocs/catalog.aspx

They have been around for years and should have what you want.

Thanks Midas but Kellys is cheaper then cameo, I already checked. Please dont think Ive been lazy with this guys, I was looking for over 4 hours this week for cheap PCGS Sacs. Midas I thank you for your time but what you searched (the 13,700 hits) is most likely 90% ebay or other auctions. Ive been to every site that came up in a search on google and yahoo for Certified Sacagawea. Most of the dealer want at least $150 for the PR69 2001 Sac when Islands got them for about $95 but I was wondering about the others in MS and what not and with the satins. (Which I was advised to hold off on until next year because the total number of them will be greater, Thank ya GD)

There is nothing wrong with eBay with purchasing PCGS/NGC slabs IF the seller has a very good feedback, accepts pay-pal, etc. Set up a Pay-Pal account as all of the fees are paid by the seller.

Here's one of my favoriate sellers for modern dollars:

You can buy 2000 - 2004 SAC proofs (5 coins, PCGS PR69DCAM) for $195.00 complete! I have bought a number of SACs and SAEs from this seller with no issues...and fast delivery!

    Good luck!

ok Midas I need to ask you a couple of questions if you dont mind. What exactly is PayPal? Is it like an account thatll charge your credit card a certain amount and allow you to spend that much? What do you charge?(monthly, weekly, %) Does your money expire?

Paypal is like your own bank online used to send and receive money. They work very closely with eBay. You can transfer funds into this account as well as transfer money in the Pay Pal account back to your bank account. You can also tie Pay Pal to a credit card or whatever is your preference...instead of your checking account (for instance)

It is secure and all, but you have to be careful of people sending you emails asking you for your account number (phishing). I NEVER respond to emails soliciting a password authentication or update...Pay Pal or otherwise. Another thing about Pay Pal is that you can insure your purchases for a fee. I vused it MANY times to buy coins online.

As for the fees, I pretty much used Pay Pal for paying and when you pay, there are NO fees. If you collect fees, then they take a cut (like what VISA charges a merchant to swipe a your VISA card). They also don't charge to keep money in their account.

As for Grady Coins in Lehigh Acres, FL...call them. I believe they take plastic and I have bought a bunch of moderns from them...and they also accept Pay Pal.

You should be aware that eBay and PayPal are owned by the same company.

Yes, you can arrange to have PayPal charge your checking/banking account directly. PayPal actually prefers that over a credit card because there is no processing fee involved- as Midas pointed out. In fact, PayPal pushes you in that direction. Every time you try to pay for a purchase with PayPal you are first given the bank account option, then you must go to another options screen to select a credit card. Also, PayPal will not "verify" your account with them until you provide a bank account number to go with a credit card. Until your account is "verified" there will be a restriction/limit on how much you can run through your PayPal account. Moreover, some sellers will not ship to a buyer using PayPal unless their account is verified.

Using a credit card through PayPal has its advantages. Most credit cards offer protection against fraud, insurance, various forms of purchase protection, mileage points, etc. Also, if you pay instantly with a credit card through PayPal, you'll get your purchase a lot faster than if you send a personal check or a money order. Finally, you've virtually eliminated all of the possible danger associated with sending a personal check or a money order to a seller you don't actually know.

This is the one to sign up for right?

Does it cost anything to sign up for it?

What I got so far is this- Theres really no account of money in PayPal, its more like theyll deduct out of your bank account correct?

I'm pretty sure you have to be 18 to open a PayPal account Spider. But you don't want the Premier account in any case - that is only for sellers. Buyers can open the plain account.

If you decide to do this my advice would be to have your dad open the account and use his credit card for purchases. It affords a lot of extra protection that using your bank account does not.

For example - if you ever have a dispute with a seller - you may have a hard time getting your money back if you use a bank account. You may well get it eventually - but it will tale a while. But if you use a credit card and have a dispute - the credit card company will refund your money immediately - while THEY settle the dispute with the seller.

PayPal is 100% legit and there is no need to falsify any information. As far as I know there is no age limit. My son had an account as a minor. It's a good introduction into the world of online commerce for a teenager in my opinion. The only thing you need is the personal dicipline not to buy everything in sight. :)
