Flying Eagle with Minor Clipped Planchet

    Just got this photo back from wonderful Todd and I really like the look of it so I just had to post it. It's only a minor clip, but it's pretty rare to see a clip in a high grade Flying Eagle cent. Kind of pretty, huh!

    Hi Snaz, I know, I don't think I've ever seen a clipped Flying Eagle before. And actually I've owned this one for probably 10 years or so, just never had a photo of it - thanks to Todd, I can share my pretty little guys with everyone now! I'm taking it to the ANA and will drop it off for grading while I'm there.
