Take a look at this Indian Head

    I bought this Indian Head in a lot, it has 1900 wrote on the coin holder but it's a 1908 that looks like a planchet error with the 8 stamped into it.
    What do you think:confused:

    it looks like post mint damage to me... someone whacked it with something.

    No I didn't it just came with the 1868 and 1878 Indian heads I wanted. Just don't know how the 8 showed up with that hole there?

    Well I can see how you all see mickey, but it looks more like a little heart to me. And yes post mint damage.

    Same thing I was thinking. Someone used a punch of a heart for some reason. Possibly as a gift for girl from a kid.
