Collecting coins is sexy?

I heard that collecting coins is a real turn on to the opposite sex. Is that that true? Last night I poured my wife a glass of wine, put on some music, snuggled up to her nice and close and then proceeded to show her my new us coin purchases from e-bay (mostly Mercs and Buffaloes). I even let her hold the magnifying glass. And did I get lucky, a hug, even a kiss? NO!
What am I doing wrong? Please help.

I'm sad to inform you that coin collecting falls under the nerd category. I don't think You will get much luck from this hobbie even if you have a 100k collection... I also collect and shave with DE razors... wich is somewhat nerdy but I find it badass, So I sell it as badass to everyone maybe you could do the same with coins.

If you shave and you don't like shaving at all I recemend you joining www.badgerandblade.com and buy a cheap DE razor. You will enjoy shaving every morning , it will become very ritualistic. Everyone on B&B are very nice, great ppl.

 

Maybe by using this razor AND collecting coins my wife will think I'm sexier. Who knows, could happen.

Collecting coins is sexy!! (Unfortunately not to the opposite sex) My wife doesn't see the point, but I'm sure she'll be happy when I drop dead & she has all my coins to sell. But as far as sexy, I often find myself taking a long walk on the beach with my coins, rolling around in the sand & having wine & a nice candlelight dinner.
Of course I only do this with my slabbed coins. Gotta use protection for those romantic encounters.

Well, there's your problem. Everyone knows that women think bigger is better. Mercs and Buffaloes aren't going to impress the lady. Might have to go with a big, traditional silver dollar...I suggest the Peace.
