there is a 'guy' who deals with b-day notes?? I have been finding alot of them on the 1's lately. I used to keep them and try to find a person who had that b-day to give it too lol i got so many weird looks, i quit saving them

05 is the month 1975 is the year. the note he has listed is 05197513 the 13 to me would have no significance
