Anyone recognize this "token"? Unique design, very heavy.

    Solid? Brass. 21.5 grams, 3mm thick 31mm across. Chased edging. Unknown age. Signed R L . Any ideas?

    I looked and couldn't find anything, sorry. One thing I noticed, the wizard standing design looks a lot like the Walking Liberty design, or the ASE, so I think the token is relatively modern.
