1802 Bust Dollar

This beaut. came strolling into the coin shop yesterday and I wanted to share. A rare bust dollar that hasn't been cleaned. I'm calling it VF details scratched. But note the traces of mint luster hugging the stars. It is a B-6 note the missing bottom right "foot" of the T in "LIBERTY". It does however have scratches (note the big one tracing the bust... eek!!) but after 207 years I'd have a couple of scratches too hahaha!!

Any draped bust dollar is special. I also have a few which are dented/scratched and/or cleaned but still nice.

Nice, even, well-centered strike. Plenty -o- detail. Sometimes, even higher graded coins miss parts of E PLURIBUS UNUM, stars around eagle, etc. This one has it all !
