I Just learned that the word Orleans derives from it's old name Roman Aurelianum.

Here's the best second line I've ever found on YouTube. ...Just, only the best one.

...Thank you, aka 'N'aaa (...wait another minute...) Awlins.'
...And, Oh, No, do you want to talk about gumbo? Just let me tell you one true story. ...About what you get from a chain restaurant in my part of this great land of ours.
Won't lie; it was a family dinner at a Red Lobster. (1: Somebody else paid for it. 2. What else would they call it? Green Lobster? 3. ...And this was in my part of this great (expletive suppressed, with some effort) land of ours.)
So I order their gumbo. Shows up; tastes like it was made to order for people of too much, ahem, Northern European descent. I ask the bright, shiny waitress for Tabasco sauce. She says, in her inimitable way, 'Oh! you like it spicy!'
(Barely more than involuntary expletive: ) It's (...dramatic pause: ) Gumbo! (--No, I didn't say that.)
Happy ending: she did show up with Tabasco sauce, and I happily got the whole thing down.

(Further polysyllabic language, of a similarly objectionable nature, suppressed only with effort --granted that All of it was that emphatically other than hostile), You've got some Capital there. Ever thought of writing me in your will?
...I'm reading the bottle, just to make sure it says the same thing. It's like,
    Accept No Substitute.
...Just, a gallon bottle. Still processing that. Not done....
