With the recent talk about errors, varieties, and die breaks... I figured I'd post this recent find. Picked this up last week while on vacation near the coast of Maine. It came from an antique shop in the middle of a tourist area and only cost $13. For the VAM enthusiasts, the Top 50 Peace dollar value guide has it listed as $45 in EF40 and $150 in AU50. I think it would grade somewhere in between. Here are a couple scans and a close-up photo of the die break on the eagle's wing. It's a 1922-P VAM 2E "wing break".
