Thank you. I had the opportunity to start sorting through bulk coins about a year ago, rolling coins during covid, and such, and never realized how much cool stuff is out there. I've found about 50 silver quarters, 2 of them standing liberty, which i thought were foreign, and put them on the side for future reading, then i realized i was reading English, and much to my surprise! American money! Keep looking. I'm amazed at how much stuff is still in circulation.
I like to get the first year when I can. The Washington and the Indian Head are first years. Grabbed the large cent because I don't have any.
This thing is worth something?! Holy cow! Anybody want to buy it? I'm finally moving out, mom! You hear that? Finally moving out! This famous "vortex Monticello", it's worth a ton of dough, right? Please?
nice example it looks to of been cleaned or over dipped whats that green stuff?is it suffering from copper cancer.
That’s the color that developed as a result of the cleaning. Exposed copper with unnatural cleaning equals color.
Yup, it's worth at LEAST five times what my famous "Asphalt Lincoln" is worth . . . . . maybe 6 times . . . . . . Z
