Nice token but I have no idea what it's worth, I don't understand the two digit phone number either. I really don't think that was there actual phone number cause I'm over 50 and I don't ever remember telephone numbers being such. Maybe an older, wise member will chime in on that. What is it sitting on or attached to?
Condition won't matter a lot with milk tokens. These start at about $2 usually and unusual ones start about $4. This one goes beyond unusual so could bring some fairly good money which means up to $20 in the right venue. If it is unique (quite possible) then it could go up to $100 or so. I'd figure $5 then you won't be disappointed. Initially phone numbers were just issued in order through an exchange. You'd request the exchange (Decatur Alabama) and then that specific number. Usually the operators would know most of the numbers anyway on the small switch boards. This number was probably issued in the mid 1890's and used until the the system was more standardized in around 1919. You can probably google most of this and might even find the dairy.
