Ok this is how bad the us mint handles problems, bought a ultra high relief when they first came out , got in mail after long wait, box is not packed with enough protection to prevent damage and corner of box was damaged which resulted in wood box being damaged, called same day and was told new box would come soon but had no date, waited 2 months called again and still no date of when boxes would come in, waited a few more weeks and then ups comes with signature needed package sent next day mail, i open and in this large package is a clear plastic coin capsule which the double eagle fits into, i call mint again and ask why they sent this, they had no clue but said box is still on back order to date, 2 months later it comes ups next day with signature required, and this time they send 2 boxes!! And people want them run our health care?? They can't even run the mint!! Also bought through the direct ship gold dollar program $500 worth of gold dollars and those are shipped us mail with no signature!! What a joke these guys are!!
