I found an upgrade to the Pocahontas pieces I posted above.

The gold gilt is fully intact on this piece. It's so bright, I gotta wear shades . . . .

This has a few of my favorite things on one envelope. I saw 2 in person the American Freedom Train and the Wagon train to PA.

Thanks, I didn't realize that one had a Liberty Bell reverse!

Just added this coin to my wish list!

Interestingly enough, the 1926 Sesquicentennial Half Dollar is the only coin ever to depict a living President on the obverse. President Calvin Coolidge appears alongside George Washington and is one of four American officeholders who appeared on a coin during their lifetime.

I've really gone down another deep and compelling rabbit hole with these French Marianne medals.

@dwhiz , I'm working on one that will blow your mind, but for now, here is another incoming. I'll post my own photos when they arrive.

    Mr. Whiz,

In addition to the new French Medal kick that I am on, I have been smitten with another variety / series of exonumia. I think you will like a couple that I have picked up.

I still have ONE thing that I am holding back on. I need to secure it before I can talk about it, until then . . . . . . . . .

They are beautiful. At one time I've owned a bunch, and enjoyed every one.
I must say there is a lot of beautiful exonumia out there

VERY nice! My Sweet Hilde was a beekeeper until about ten years ago...that would make a fine gift for her.

Where, oh where, pray, might a fellow find another one of them?? wlw
