the smallest Egyptian Coin ever made (1954)

Hello,
I have a very rare Egyptian Coin, on it sphinx head and date 1954...,
it's length is ,6 inch[like 1,5 cm] as you see in the pics..,
So can anybody help me to know the Value of it, please?

It's an Egyptian 1 Millieme coin.
It's worth at best $3 because of its condition. The value I quoted is the VF grade value but I think your coin would grade F.
