I guess it depends on how you wish to define best and what you expect, or hope, to get out of those rolls. If you are looking for problem free, BU coins - you will probably have to look a lot longer. If you just want generic, circulated coins - they are much easier to find. But rather than mess with unknowns on ebay or APMEX, I would suggest that you contact a dealer who specializes in this kind of thing. There are quite a few who deal in bags, and rolls, of coins all the time. One of them is a member of this forum, but he seldom posts anymore. His name is tradernick - send him an email or PM. And yes, he has my full recommendation. Just tell him up front what you want and what you expect to get.
You can get blast white slabbed Morgans and Peace at greysheet ask all day long - if you buy enough of them. Might want to ponder the possibilities.
