I have a strange double-rimmed quarter. Its date is 1994, P. The wear is not bad, but I'm not sure what the rust-looking spots are all over it. The reverse does not have any doubling. What is wrong with the rim? 20210217_093905.jpg

    Misaligned Die strike issue.
    Nothing major.

The discoloration is environmental exposure damage to the Cupro-Nickel clad.
