Well guys I love the Sac dollars and I want to start a PCGS Sac collection. I am first going to buy all the years in PR69 form to start. I havent decided a good MS grade yet but Ill decide soon I guess. Anyways, I want everyone's opinion here. With the satin finish sets, is this a one year deal or is this permanent? If its only one year then Ill be set cause Id only have to buy one but if its a continious pattern then thatll add a lot of cost in the future. Even if the mint continues the satins, do u think my set would be incomplete if I didnt get the satins. By imcomplete, do you think itll be just a part set or unfinished set?
