small (Y) in liberty photo 1983

    Nothing unusual, probably just grease filled.

    It does look like there are a lot of pollish lines under the Y. It is still interesting. You don't see a coin like that every day.

    ......the 'y' is fine, the OTHER letters are wrong.

    Looks to be the proper height but either/both grease filled die and/or overpolished die. It's the skinny Y variety.

    Looks like something as no big deal, but this prooves you have a eye for detail. With an eye like that, you are sure to find a winner someday. Congrats.
