Please report it to Ebay. I did and also contacted the seller to let him know he was doing his reputation considerable harm with such a misleading listing.
I REALLY wish they wouldn't sell those things. Whenever you try to buy a real Saint you get pages of those. But on the subject at hand, sometimes you have to pay tuition. I wish I could get all my tuition payments back, like the 57K check I had to write to my ex... He did say: The size is 10mm and they weigh about 1/2 gram. For 300 dollars you need to read the listing.

It appears that Ebay took action. If the seller had ended the listing, it would still show up (as ended by seller).
