Hi guys, I have this 2016 P Roosevelt Dime and would like to find out if this would be considered a lamination error on the obverse? A large chunk of metal is missing below Roosevelt's ear and a large chunk on the bridge of Roosevelt's nose.
That's some crud off the die, likely hardened grease, taking away that definition in the nose. That other is a struck-through, and a nice one at that.
