Type 2 Ocean in View Nickel

    I have seen the Ocean in View Nickels advertised on ebay. What is the Type 2 Nickel, and how does it differ from any other Ocean in View Nickel? Is there any real difference in the nickels recognized or slabbed as such by NGC or PCGS? Thank You -Jim

    I would guess TY2 means the Ocean View...with the Buff being the TY1...

    I don't think there is any difference if a coin is raw or slabbed.
