I fortunately acquired this coin which was offered within a lot of four. I took the entire lot with my eyes or attention being focused on Cleopatra VII. Hope I'm not mistaken since it's one of the rarest ancient coins, I believe. With Cleopatra heading right on obverse, and Tyche seated left on reverse, It's probably the coin that I've always dreamt to own. The series was issued in Damascus with 2 different weights : 6 - 7 g. and 8 - 9 g. But mine weighs only 4 g. Thank you very much for your comments.
Broucheion, posted: Sorry, this is a Seleucid coin. Question: Is the image of Cleopatra a reasonable copy?
Hi, Sorry, there is no image of Cleopatra here. Apollo on omphalos reverse, goddess on obverse. Edit: Something like https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=6394354 - Broucheion
Thank you. Finally we have Apollo on reverse, and the bust of Artemis on the obverse. The coin was struck under Seleucos III.
