Afaik Yugoslavia broke-up nearly 30 years ago, and how come there are sellers on ebay having Yugoslavia as their locations? and not to mention almost all of them have fake coins.
Ask them if you get a free AK47 if you buy 5 of their coins. Seriously, I don’t know why they were able to select Yugoslavia as location, but it doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t buy from them.
eBay probably doesn't even know that Yugoslavia doesn't exist anymore. And they don't have a clue that, except for the Castro era, the US doesn't have a ban on Cuban stamps and coins, including items that aren't even Cuban. Stamps from the US Administration of Cuba after the Spanish/American War are banned under the penalty of your account canceled.
Well pretty soon you won't be able to buy Confederate States stuff on eBay. Might as well cancel nazi Germany also.
They do have a clue, they just ban everything to protect themselves. It would be a lot of work for them to sort what is and isn't allowed and banning everything gives them legal cover if things slip through. It was a decision from their lawyers to protect themselves instead of risking messing up for what would be a very insignificant market to them
