Nope. Obverse upper left hand fields have too many marks. Close, but no cigar. Attractive coin, with loads of luster. Would CAC for sure as a solid 64.
Original exposure is extremely blurry, but here are the marks. Nothing huge, but enough to prevent it being a 65. As I said, very nice 64.
Very nice coin. Shame about the marks, as it would be a very solid 65 coin without it. As is, it has eye appeal and great luster going for it.
I didn’t say that the coin was not beautiful. I simply stated that it was not a 65, because of distracting marks. Perhaps, better photos could prove me wrong, though I doubt it. Nothing wrong with it being a solid 64 1934s. As I said, beautiful luster. How do I know this? Collecting thousands of Morgans and Peace dollars.
