lower half of "R" missing as well grease?

 

Better pictures would help what you circled is the I in liberty not the R and accended hair variety which i do think it is.

 

i do not posses this coin - best pict i have - fully aware i circled the "I" as the lower end of the "I" appears to be missing as the enhanced hair is known to have

 

if i could i'd blow up the FG but cannot find a good pict of it

I agree. I believe your picture is a business strike coin and not a proof. The accented hair variety is only on the proofs.
