It took some searching, but I found the Victoria gaming counter. In the TAMS Journal, Volume 14, Number 4, August 1974 (Part II), it is listed as:

    Type XXVa Victoria Empress

1025. Obv. Young head to left, crown and necklace. Legend in large letters, VICTORIA EMPRESS. Nose to R of Victoria, border of dots.

Rev. PLAY / COUNTER / o-o-o / BEST GERMAN / SILVER / within a wreath with bow at bottom. Below wreath, 1885. (TYPE XI).

    German silver, 30.2mm, plain edge.

Most gaming counters sell in the range of $1 to $15, but this one is not as common as most. I would suspect that on ebay it would bring $20 or better.

Sorry I can't help you with the other one.

I have learned that it sais "Denmark our Mother" on the Obverse.
