    If you mean upside down when compared to the reverse, you have an ordinary cent in "coin orientation", worth exactly US$.01.

    Welcome to the Forum coinlover! If you place the coin on edge with Lincoln right side up and rotate the coin around. If the memorial building is not upside down then you have an error coin, but if the memorial is upside down then you have an ordinary coin.
