I am trying to identify a coin I inherited. I am hoping someone can tell me what it is and what it is worth. It is proof quality, about quarter size and encased in plastic. One side is gold with the Standing Liberty - it reads "Liberty" across the top and has the year "2000" on the right side. The other side is silver with the Walking Liberty on it. It reads "Liberty" across the top, "In God We Trust" on the right side and the year "2000" at the bottom. There is no denominational mark or other markings of any kind. I am assuming it is an Historical Society coin but I have not been able to find anything like it in any book or online. I appreciate any help you who are "in the know" can give me. Thank you!!!!!
its value would be pretty low, I am guessing silver with gold plating on one side. If its the size of a quarter the most silver it would have is about 1/4 of an ounce, its probably worth around $3
