    Can I recommend a great program ( simple to use) . It's called LunaPic and it's FREE and NO download . That or Photoscape ( also free and simple ) DOWNLOAD .
    This will help you crop and enlarge among other things . Peace .

    Nice! 1925 is one of the harder dates to find for Canadian nickels. Let me know if you'd like to trade it. ;)

    I would also say that's on the lower end of VF.

    Its been on my bucket list.ive almost got all of them from 1922 to 1936.

    Being relatively close to the border, I would see a fair number of Canadian Nickels in change or CRH. I started to collect them but got to the point that finding the older ones would be more difficult...especially the 1925. I was able to hook up with a fellow collector on the other side and worked to fill the gaps while filling a number of his with Jefferson Nickels. It worked out wonderfully!!

    40 and 45 are not VF grades. That coin while desirable is not XF 40 or XF 45.
    VF 30-35 is where I am.

    I always hesitate to apply our 1-70 scale to world coinage; doesn't seem to translate consistently, at least based on slabs I've reviewed from the major TPGS.
