Looks like a 1941 S....large S. Have a look at the mint mark and confirm what you have. The photo is just a little out of focus to confirm.
MisAligned Die clash. Since it has an attribution, there is some additional premium, but as others here consistently note, you have to find a buyer for it. That looks like a pretty fine clash to have. And even in circulated condition, its in decent shape. For me, it's flip worthy and you can annotate it with the attribution number for looking up later.
This does not look like the doubled ear variety. Note your specimen has a rounded earlobe and not pointed.
