I just may have picked up two coins for the price of one because neither myself or the seller know whether FS-401 is the strong or weak reverse for the 1922 plain lincoln cent. It is in an ICG slab as FS-401 and I only own a fourth edition guide without the new # system. Can anyone tell me if this is the strong reverse variety.

Yes, 401 is the die pair #2 strong reverse.
