I have started placing my raw coins in slab type holders such as the ones from Coin World. Has anyone heard or experienced any bad reports for long term storage with these?

    Sorry I don't know.

I only use 2x2's or airtites.

I researched these type of holders myself for the odds and ends raw coins I have. Been using them for only about 6 months, so far so good.

I use PowerPoint to make my own labels, and print on card stock paper. You can make a label that is a dead ringer for any of the TPG's if you want.

The only drawback I've really noticed is that they do take more storage space. Using some scrap red oak I made custom sized tray boxes to fit my file cabinet, tall enough to clear the top of the plastic holders so the boxes can be stacked.

Thankyou. I use TagWizard from Coin World (which I ordered when I first bought the slabs). I have also found a cheaper version from ValleyCoin which looks identical just doesn't have the Coin World logo on the holder. Yes, they do take up more space but I have them stored in the PCGS blue containers so at least they are organized.
