the cashier at the store said they got today at bank when they bought change, went to that bank and the young girl teller was about to get me $5 worth when older teller said no they are sold out of them, what a scam is there a law that could put this nazi teller in jail??? they have the pennies but are giving them out to buisnness to use and not to collectors

Yeah it sucks. I asked for a single dollars worth of new pennies, and I literally heard from across the bank, one teller said to the other, "Oh great, another lincoln guy." But they got my pennies. I should note though, the first time I asked for them, he told me that they did not have any, then I looked at him almost like a jedi knight and said, "Yes you do." :kewl:and then he went back and found some for me.

Even banks can run short of rolls and no there is not a law to lock the teller up. LOL - my credit union did run out of $20(or was it $10) once because a delivery did not show up from the main branch.
