Hello Friends..I have missed being here!

I thought I would stop in today and leave a message for all of my friends here.
I am well and recovering from major knee surgery...I am walking again but with a limp! My mind set is improving as well as my injured femur...LOL

I just wanted to say hi and let you all know that I plan to return in the near future as things get better and my personal life is back in order.

I have added about 6 or 7 new Notes to the collection and I thought I would share 2 of them with you now.

To celebrate the 4th of July I added these 2 guys...the $2 is a VF++ to XF and the $1 is well as you can see a 64 EPQ.

I hope all of you are fine and I will check in later on down the road.

I love all the notes I have been seeing added to the collections...Urban, just some words of wisdom for you, watch out for pressed notes..they will kill ya everytime and step it up a grade or two, you will not be sorry!

Nice additions everyone...hope to see you all soon.

The back of the $2 makes me wonder if it's the source of one of my pet peeves, this idea that when writing out a number, one should put the digits in parenthesis after it. "I've got a two (2) dollar bill!". Like someone decided there may be a whole segment of the population that speaks perfect English, except for the numbers. Your Two (2) (II) has all bases covered!

Your notes as always are beautiful. Hope all goes well with the recovery. Replacement knees have gotten so much better over the last few years.

first off glad to have ya back around. glad the medical issues have been taken care of. secondly those are some beautiful notes. i love the rainbow notes.

Very nice notes RickieB! You've posted some great notes before, but those are really nice! Love the colors. Also glad to see that you're feeling better and planning on returning soon.

I haven't been around too much lately either...got in that car wreck a few weeks ago and totaled my car and was totally focused on finding a replacement for the past 3 weeks. Had myself talked into something sensible and that got good gas mileage and as I seem to often do, bought something this past weekend that was neither! As a result my currency budget will be even more limited for a while, but I can still enjoy looking at other peoples finds!

 

RICKIEB! Glad to see you posting again. Love the rainbows:thumb: Hope the bionic knee doesn't give you any problems and heals quickly.

Glad to hear the knee is making a recovery - even if it is slower then you would like lol just listen to the docs and keep things slow I am sure Mrs. RickieB cant wait until your 100% again - men do tend to be a baby when hurt lol i know i am
