    I would say its VF-XF with a price of about $18.

    This might grade in the EF40 range, and is worth a few dollars more than bullion value. ($15-$18)

    I agree around $18, by the way it looks like one of the high 9 varieties.

    Morgan Varieties are called VAMs VAMworld - home
    check this site out they have most of the morgan VAMs. AS for your coin the 9 looks to be slightly higher than usual, there are a couple of "high 9" varieties for this year. Just let me know if you have any more questions.

    Link is working for me, but if it's still not working just google Vamword. The high 9 variety isn't one of the top VAMs so there will probably be little to no premium, nice find though.
