ok i think after these 3 notes i will be taking a break.(well 1 more suprise is on the way) i am very happy with my purchases and hopefully they will enhance my collection. oh and on the 3rd note guess a grade. i think i am going to resubmit it because the grade is way off. i almost bought the same note in a higher grade that looked half as good as this one. enjoy :thumb:

I'll guess graded XF you think it may be AU. Does the fold on the lh side go from top to bottom? All nice notes none the less.

They're beautiful notes. The $5 is my favorite of the group. I've always like $5 notes for some reason.

I really like the solid star on the $20 FRN! I believe it changes to a hollow star in the Series 1953 notes.

Actually from 1910-1929 large sized notes had the star with the open middle. Even some as far back as 1880 series notes that were printed in the early 20th century used the same star

I am not sure about the fold I have to wait till next week to get the note In hand. I am thinking XF-AU. When I get home I will post the actual grade. It was graded by pmg. Which is my favorite TPG. Looks like it is going to PCGS :)

here is the note in its holder. as you can tell by the grade it was way under graded. i am hoping to get an XF out of it in not a low AU. i was looking at one that was XF and it didn't look half as good as this one. i guess we will have to wait and see:headbang:

keep in mind urban a thread a while back by RickieB ... he also bought a note - his was raw - that he thought would grade much higher .. only to get it back a much lower grade then he thought it would grade - remember why? :)

many a flaws are easily hidden!

yeah i really need to have the note in hand to make the ultimate decision. seeing this one has been graded and they didnt notate any flaws i am hoping it got to a grader who was in a bad mood that day:bigeyes: i believe this note has to be at least XF
