I am not sure what is up with this one, going thru a BUNCH of old coins I and my dad collected years ago. I remember getting this out of a roll of coins years ago. Not sure if you can see it, but it is silver in color. I put a copper one next to it for a reference.

    Any ideas???

    cleaned

To me it looks like someone cleaned it with some copper cleaner or silver cleaner. Just my opinion.

yea, the scan is not so good. it is silver, looks like a polished coin on the scan. but it is a silver color, not a polished copper... maybe someone cleaned the copper off of it or???

Watch this video on making gold and silver lincolns in the lab. This experiment is in many middle and high school lab books so there are many of these put into general circulation and are common to find. Maybe you have a different type, but these would be first guess.
