1380 Venetian Ducat Help?

    Is there a way of telling if it is real or a fake?

    I have a 1382-1400 venier venetian ducat and am having doubts to its authenticity

    i have noticed that if you look at the st mark and kneeling doge then flip the coin over to the other side the christ is upside down
    is that normal?

    i'll try and get a better picture

    There are enough differences between your coin and a genuine example, which can be seen below, that there is reason to suspect yours is not genuine.
