1969D w/floating "E" on reverse.

The image seems to size up to the obverse E of "we". Dropped letters are incuse as they serve as a foreign object between the die and the plancet. Typically they are hard packed grease and dirt that make their image once and get flattened out or stay in the coin, but i have seen examples of 2-3 coins with degrading letter clarity. Good find!!

Sorry...the E from obverse is too small...it must be from unitEd statEs or amErica like Mike said earlier.
