Oops I just realized that this thread is in US coin forum.:goof: Oh well, the only US coins that I need savings to complete my 20th century type set are common date Barber series coins.
I'm saving up for this one. A 1795 Flowing Hair Half: I believe I'll be able to get one someday, I just have to keep looking.
Saving up for a coin when you work in a shop is really, really tough. Stuff walks in at times that you really want. I've been working on Barber quarters and still have three sitting in the "clembo corner" of the store. The 1855 Three Cent Silver that rolled in delayed getting the quarters. There is a coin on my want list though and I'd LOVE to see one walk in the door. I need an 1875-CC Twenty Cent Piece. Would fill out my huge 4 coin set (have the 75, 75-S and 76). Anything else is beyond my reach I'm afraid.
