Metal detector finds? Too cool, where do you live? I will defer to anyone with more experience, but none of them look real to me..... Still very cool though.
Seriously? Where are you 'finding' these? Are these the other coins? the one's that you mentioned you had in addition to the gold ones here: http://www.cointalk.com/forum/t57994/
I doubt that jakal is going to devulge where he lives for several reasons! I suspect that he lives in Europe and came across a nice cache of Gold and Silver coins...some of which may be fakes but if the Gold coins were produced with high purity Gold, then they are still a nice find. Also, the XV (15) Kreuzer coins are more than likely genuine and probably will range in value from $20 to $100 or more. I am not that familiar with these coins but there may be some rare ones in the bunch. I wonder what other coins jakal has found but hasn't had time to post for us to drool over???!!! Frank
krispy - these are not other coins , i mentioned that i have other gold coins ( but i haven't got these on me) huntsman53 - yes i do live in central Europe (area where these coins were used ages ago) this is my find ,gold coins not ( my friend found them)
Nice Finds! Obviously you are not in the States. No idea on value, but I'd live to join you on a hunt! good luck.
