I'll let the experts here weigh-in but I'd say probably not except for the personal satisfaction of having a few stars. ....maybe the 1995 $1 but I doubt anything significant.

i check mintage at www.uspapermoney.info. as for value ... i use several books as a 'guide' only, and recent closed auctions on Ebay, Heritage, LynnKnight ect to get an idea of value. Unfortunately, most newer notes are restricted to ebay, and most newer notes only sell in high grades except for a small printing or so.

they printed 3.2 mil in Aug 06 for the top $20
i cant make out the 2nd or 3rd note (bad eyes maybe lol), sorry
the last star they printed 3.2 mil in June of 07

the notes are pretty much worth face .. at least fior now :)

looking at the F16518288* as being the 95, that note came froma print run of 640,000 yes, but if you look down in feb 2000, 3.2 mil more were printed.

i guess the value would depend on the collector. To me, i dont care if the first printing had a run of 640,000 when the next month they printed another 600 million. to me, the total printing was 600,640,000.

So the easy answer would be yes, the notes probably have a value greater then face value. but only to a collector who views each print run seperately
