New upgrade came in today. Gets a little pricey from here on up.

Not very rare or special 94 O above, but an easy VAM 4 with the 1 doubled below the crossbar and 4 doubled on top left

I use one of these lighted jeweler loops that I found on Amazon for like 10 bucks.

I place it directly on the slab like this:

Then put my iPhone camera lens directly to the glass like I would my eye and... with a little patience.... I get this:

And then I simply crop it to get this:

Check out the broken r in trust on that 78s:

I have a 1881D Morgan Dollar. I am trying to find out what it is worth. There is no listing in the Redbook 2021 for such a coin.

Definitely not a D, you have to go up to 1921 for that.

We'll need to see a photo of that. There were no Morgan Dollars minted in Denver in 1881.

An honest, well worn key date.

I have to admit.... this one is dang nice for “only” a F12.

I'm new to coin collecting and I have an 1882 and 1883 Philadelphia mint coins that seem to have 8 feathers on them, I know this isn't possible so does anyone have any explanation?
