I don't know much about paper currency, But I found a 1969A series $20 in really nice condition. Serial # G07693367B. Anything special about it or should I just use it?
Post a picture if you can. It is an interesting find but if it's not basically in "new" condition it really isn't worth hanging onto IMHO.
still looks pretty crisp ... slight soiling... keep in mind that any note older then 1995 that gets returned to a federal reserve gets shredded. For this reason i try to keep any note older then 1995! As these notes quickly get harder and harder to find .... you will be happy to have kept the few that passed through your hands
if you got it for face and can afford to hold on to it i say keep it. CHCU value is $70 i say you note might be $35-40. gotta love the chi-town notes
with a $15-$20 profit on a note he got for face, i woudl keep it or offer it up for sale in the open forum here... spending it will just throw any possible profit out the window
That note is in better shape than I expected. I would probably hang onto it. It does have some value over face if you can find the right person. If you don't want, throw it in the "Open" section here and ask for an offer. I don't know if you will get $15 over face for it...but you might get something more than face.
