it's a 55 poor mans double die. with the crack in the skull

 

The Op did not indicate that with his arrows ,the crack doesn't look like it;s exstending through the far head otherwise it would be a cracked skull i don't see it, better pics are needed to determine this \\\oh i edited again Rock
