    Has anyone seen ths yet? I have come accross several of them? Notice the forehead, nose, mouth and chin. Also letter V under chin. Suggestions? I am new to collecting

    The V means nothing.. Circulation damage.

    Doubling most likely Mechanical doubling considered worthless doubling. Not a true Doubled Die variety.
