I have been collecting error coins from 1983 (my birth year) for about 3 years. So far I have 19 of them but I will keep looking and adding!!
I bought this coin on ebay for $15 and this is the biggest off-center coin I have ever owned!!

    $15 that is all...
Seems like a nice error for the money, that is for sure!
Very nice pickup! (And maybe spread your collection out a little, get some older off center coins, like maybe an indian head cent, or some others if you really like errors, just a suggestion)
I think this is cool, error coins from your birth year!

Right know I think I better stick to just my birth year. I like buying error coins but I don't like paying ridiculous prices for them.

Some people just don't know what they got. I would have not sold it. Great find though dude!

    It was a fair price.

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

$15 is a good price, maybe a little low. Having the date on it certainly adds value. I got a 90% off center Lincoln (no date) at FUN for $6. Off centers, at least on moderns, are not really worth a tremendous amount.

One thing I forgot to ask on the NGC thread, is it Uncirculated?

Actually, I do have this off center as well. Slabbed NGC AU-50 10% off center.
