According to the 2006 Standard Catalog of World Coins it's 22.2g of .900 silver (ASW .6424 oz.) and 37mm in diameter. Mintage was 20,000 and Krause values it at $45.

That works out to a BV of $4.46 (3.71 Euros), and a catalog value of 54.15 Euros; all as of commodities market close on July 15.
