I just got the new copy of Coin World and the 2009-W Proof 1oz Buffalo will be made. and there maybe fractional also there still working on the bill.no date was given for release!

Read the article a little closer, only the 1 ounce proof Buffalo will be available this year, they are considering the fractionals for the american eagle bullion only.
Second paragraph says that the American Buffalo coin will be restricted exclusively to the Proof 1 oz version. Sorry folks, no fractional buffalos. The only fractionals mentioned are the gold eagles, proofs yes, and maybe bullion issues. (Which surprises me since I thought the bullion versions were one of the items they announced last year that was being discontinued.)
