1982 ddo

Hello, I went to the bank a couple of days ago, and bought 10 dollars in circulated rolls of pennies. I've been sick, so all I've been doing is going through the pennies many times. I found this....It's either a 1982 DDO, or maybe just a worn die strike. If better pics are needed, I'll work on them.

I think it's die deterioration and the surface is bad looks like alot of gas bubbles too
